The above phrase has been said by the nutritionist, Smith (2019) which shows how healthy the ginger is and how trendy it is now a days. For a long period of time, we are consuming ginger in different ways like in cooking numerous dishes etc. but no one is familiar with the facts of ginger shots. Do you know about its health benefits or considering it hype? I don’t think so that its hype rather here’s some of the facts and benefits which you must know before enjoying ginger shots.

According to the recent research, it’s been found that taking ginger shots can help your immune system work well and digestive system work properly. Many studies also prove the fact that it helps in arthritis or joint pain, muscle pain and other types of body aches. Also it supports the person who is suffering from morning sickness during pregnancy, nausea, and other related inflammation issues.

To intake ginger shots, you must consult your doctor if you have any type of illness and you are taking medicines because it can be harmful otherwise. Another cause of consuming ginger shots is that it is best to lose the weight. Therefore, instead of going for medicine, ginger shots is very trendy and important for consuming as weight loss supplement. Yes, it is the best but again be careful as Smith (2019) said that“Ginger may help with overall health, but there’s not a quick fix for anything”.

Recipe 1

Spinach, strawberry and ginger drink

Almond milk 2 cups
baby spinach 2 cups
strawberries 2 cups
1 banana
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

Add ingredients to liquidizer and blend well until mixed properly.

 Recipe 2

Pineapple, banana and carrot Don Juan

1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
1/2 cup carrot juice (store bought or blend together 2 cups of carrots and 1 1/2 cups of water)
1 orange, squeezed
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

Add ingredients to liquidizer and blend well until mixed properly.

Recipe 3

Homemade lemon ginger shots/tea

1 fresh ginger root (about a half pound)
1 sliced organic lemon
Juice from three to four organic lemons
2 tablespoons of raw organic honey
1 small tea bag (your choice of flavor)

Cut ginger into small pieces, put ginger in pot with 6 cups of water and a sliced lemon. Boil for 30 minutes. Confiscate saucepan from heat and add tea bag, honey and juice from lemons. Wait for 30 minutes. Now strain water. Stock ginger juice in a bottle for up to a week. Store in cool place to have better results and taste.
